Latin America

Latin American Formation directors met at Santiago, Chile from April 23-28, 2001. Their theme was: Dehonian Values in formation.

NB We hope to have additional information in the near future.

North America

SCJ representatives from the British-Irish Province, Anglo and French Canada, as well as the United States, met in Chicago, May 16, to discuss preparations for the next World Youth Day. It will be held in Toronto, July 18-28, 2002. (CF. SCJ Planning for World Youth Day 2002).

Portugal

The Young Dehonians in Portugal have produced a CD containing the music from their 5th Dehonian Youth Congress. The music was recorded at a professional studio and will be officially launched at Fátima on June 3rd at 2:30 PM. The CD will be available in bookstores for 2,000.00 (livrarias). A special introductory price of 1,200.00 (livrarias) will be made available at Fátima. For organizations wanting to distribute the CD please contact Fr.
